Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed immediately and any advance payment will be refunded.

Delivery

Estimated Delivery Time:

Inside Dhaka: Up to 5 Working Days
Outside Dhaka: Up to 7 Working Days

Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available in selected locations.

Customers are requested to receive confirmed orders. Repeated order refusals may result in future Cash on Delivery restrictions.

Payments

We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateway partners as well as Cash on Delivery where applicable.
